Shipping Regions KEENEY SHOP ships to addresses within the United States and Canada.
Order Processing All orders are processed and prepared for shipment on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays). Orders submitted on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
Shipping Methods Available shipping methods and associated rates are displayed at checkout. The carrier and service level are selected based on the destination and order specifications.
Carrier Responsibility Once an order has been dispatched and a tracking number has been issued, the shipment is under the custody of the designated carrier. KEENEY SHOP is not responsible for delays, disruptions, or losses caused by the carrier, weather conditions, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
International Shipments to Canada Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees imposed by Canadian authorities. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient. KEENEY SHOP has no control over customs processing timelines or related fees.
Lost or Damaged Shipments If your shipment arrives damaged or is confirmed lost by the carrier, please contact us at your earliest convenience so that we may assist in filing a claim with the carrier.
